VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
This wine is maturate on fine lees during 6 months in inox tank before getting bottled at the estate.
TASTING
The wine robe finish is shiny, with pale yellow hues and almost white hints. Delicate and very floral nose with citrus notes. In the mouth, roundness and freshness create a well balanced, with white flowers aromas to finish.

40% Grenache – 40% Syrah – 20% Cinsault
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
This wine is produced by bleeding rosé technique after a cold maceration of many hours, major rapid and delicate phase for the colour, aromas, and style of our rosé.
TASTING
The colour is a bright pink.
The nose is fresh and intense, developping red fruits aromas and floral notes. In mouth, it is wellbalanced and generous, with a seducing long finish.

Served between 10 and 12°C, its is well paired with starters, salads, cold meat, and white meat such as rostead chicken, rabbit terrine.

GRAPE VARIETIES
60% Grenache – 40% Syrah
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
Grapes are de-stemmed entirely, vinification is in concrete vat with dailies pumping. The wine is maturate one year in a vat, before bottling at the estate.
TASTING
The wine is deep red, with purple hues. The palate has roundness with young tannins, where red fruits aromas and spicy notes confer to the wine a nice balance.

20% Grenache blanc
VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
This wine is made from small- yield vines. The grapes are harvested with optimum ripeness and protected throughout the pressing and cold settling process with carbon dioxide to avoid oxidation and reduce the added sulphates to a minimum.
TASTING
The robe is crystal-clear with golden tones. The nose is both rich and delicate comining notes of candied fruits and honey.

The wine is ideally served between 10 and 12 °C, to accompany white meat in sauce (veal or turkey with morels), buttered fish, or mature cheeses (Beaufort or Brie with truffles).

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION

The colour is a tender pink with salmon hues. The nose is fruity with citrus notes. The palate is delicate and elegant, well-balanced between freshness and roundness.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION
Both grape varieties are blended since vatting and then vinified together in such a way to extract all their potential.
TASTING
The wine is shiny, with a nice red cherry colour, aromas of jammed fruits and cherries with spicy flavours. The palate has roundness with fine and generous tannins, in mouth, we have spicy notes and a long finish.

From our best terroir of rolling pebbles, grapes are produced at low yield and harvested at optimum ripeness to obtain a better concentration. A long maceration confer a long keeping wine, structured and complex.
TASTING
The wine is deep, with an intense red and ruby hues. The nose is complex, with a bouquet of undergrowth, blackcurrant and spices aromas. The palate is well-balanced with fatty and soft tannins, and a firm mouth feel finish.
