A meticulous wine making process...
We carefully vinify the grape varieties that are distinctive to the Rhône Valley:
• For the red wine: Mainly grenache, syrah complemented by mourvèdre, carignan and counoise.
• For the rose wine: Grenache, syrah and cinsault
• For the white wine: Viognier, roussanne and white grenache.
Thanks to our winegrower’s experience and our quality approach respecting the environment (labor, green harvesting, stripping/ leaf removal…). We work throughout the year to get a good and an excellent grape quality.
Indeed there is no good wine without good grapes, we therefore carefully choose the best harvest date of each parcel to obtain a good maturity and hence the highest quality.
Therafter in the cellar, the development of our products is carried out with modern and adapted equipment: scratched harvest, thermo-regulated fermentation, moderate pressing...
The wines are produced mainly in vats and also in barrels for a portion of the blend of Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues.
We give more attention to the maturing of our wines throughout the year. After tasting and analysis, the bottling is done at the Domaine and the bottles are stored in an air-conditioned
