Cold pressed Virgin olive oil

This olive oil is obtained from healthy olives harvested by hand at optimal maturity and is marked by a fruity green taste.

Orchards of olive trees are processed in the traditional way (large planting to take advantage of the sunshine on trees and fruits), organic fertilizer (including manure from the farm workhorse).

The varieties are typical of the AOC region of Nimes: most “picholine” which provides aromas such as greenery, vanilla, as well as bouteillans, lucca and various old varieties top up our oil range.
